This project was mentioned after Kent painted the mailbox segment near his house. There was conversation about removing the newspaper boxes since the newspaper now comes in the mail and the boxes are no longer needed and refreshing them with new paint and wood. Some even asked about replacing Mailboxes since some are over 20 years old. However, the average cost of the HOA required Mailbox is $30 each. 30 mailboxes would cost roughly $900 if we replace all of them at once. Homeowners are responsible for their own mailbox. However I am willing to look more into bulk pricing. This would be the best time to replace mailboxes while replaceing the wood. Thoughts and Ideas are welcomed.
